The world that we live in is sick to the core. Every community is but a wretched society where the weak can thrive while the strong must serve them, a society where the righteous violence of primeval forces a society where the predictable order and law fail time and time again to contain the teeming chaos which ebs through the very fabric of what is and isn’t real- and at the core of it all, there is a drumming- the heartbeat of creation, the death knell of time- Shub-Niggurath, the black goat with a thousand young, an elder god of fertility who gives births to countless horrific creatures which are born and die within seconds of spawning. And it is to Her that Zurath Huizhast claims his birthright.
Zurath is a firm believer in the absolute dissolution of society in order to rewind the world to the primal time of the elder gods, in order to bring upon chaos that would obliterate weakness and order, and allow mankind to be reborn under the image of the horrific things that came before, to make us stronger, timeless- to recreate us as Shub-Niggurath pleases. Born in the Shudderwood of Lorezi and raised amongst wolves and demons, the taint in his blood has been there since a child- and only through constant training in order to hone his horrific talents has he been able to become a monster worthy of his mother’s grace.
And now, he’s coming to Caliphas.
