Personality Traits
Despite her mischievous and tricky demeanor, Newyn believes the best in everyone. Dramatic, spontaneous, and cheery, she’s the first in the party to adapt to a new situation. However, sometimes she comes off as a little spoiled. Because of her background, she is ignorant of many technologies.

Newyn is a child of a traveling circus. Growing up, she was surrounded with constantly changing sights and companions. As a result, Newyn has both a strong sense of wanderlust, but also a desire for stability. This informs her strong belief in her faith in the “Sun God,” which Newyn claims to have seen growing up.
As the youngest in the troupe, Newyn was often babied and her desires satisfied. However, the troupe did not often make much money. Angry at feeling like a burden, Newyn began to perform exciting, dangerous tricks to attract attention, which she used as a guise to steal goods and more. But the strong morals instilled in her by her aunties compelled her to pass on those goods to her community.
But something happened to force the troupe to disperse. Now, Newyn is seeking the cause of the Incident and the whereabouts of her fellow performers — and whatever it is that she finds, Newyn will take it head on.

Newyn has long, brown hair tied up in a ponytail. It curls at the ends. She has dark skin with many moles on her face, arms, and hands; she also has pointed ears. Beyond her head and hands, Newyn is otherwise completely covered up. Her daily outfit consists of a white long sleeved blouse, shin-length skirt, tights, loafers, and her star cloak. Additionally, Newyn wears multiple pieces of gold jewelry on her hands, ears, and in her hair.
