Rena is the founder and president of The Witch-Patron Society (TWPS), a university student group centered around Osis, The Dark Overlord. Her eccentricity and unusual interests tend to put off most of her peers, but those who can look past these quirks–or, better yet, embrace them–will find a charismatic and reliable friend.

The origins of Rena's devotion to The Dark Overlord hail back to her childhood, where she read about a similar higher being on some internet forums. For the next several years, she fixated on the idea, morphing it far outside of those boards into what it is today. The Dark Overlord plays the role of a "moral compass" or "gut instinct" for her. It's really quite odd, but she seems to be doing alright. Rena claims to have started TWPS to find "like-souled individuals." It's safe to say she's succeeded, but perhaps not in the way she thinks.

Outside of running TWPS, Rena works part-time as a student IT help agent at the university's library. She also spends a considerable amount of time on her studies, balancing two rather unrelated programs and barely scraping by.

• Rena owns a Nintendo Switch with mostly party games downloaded (she's not any good at them).
• Rena wears a red contact lens in her left eye when she goes out. Sometimes she will try to cover it with her bangs for dramatic effect.
• Rena has the latin binomials of an impossibly large amount of plants committed to memory. Whether she actually pronounces them correctly or not is between her and Osis.
