Magnetar - up for grabs

based on a magnetar, a type of neutron star

they have a small electromagnetic field around them, and the rings are pretty magnetic when close.
if you drop a piece of metal near the rings it'll get sucked up and spin around in the rings. also the rings aren't like physical things, they're more like a visualization of the magnetic field present

they can still use electronic devices as long as they're careful haha
