Ruyaa (She/He/They) is a Terralien who spends a lot of his time floating high among the clouds and getting to see as much as he can.

He is also an archivist, his home filled to the brim with journals that he's compiled over the years from his extensive travels and observations, each page overflowing with words and detailed drawings.
