Terms of Use

-By owning a design by me, you agree to these terms. Failure to comply or breaking my terms may lead to a temporary or permanent blacklisting from purchasing or owning my designs.

-You are allowed to resell designs purchased/traded for by me for any price you desire, I do not mind if you resell for more than the design was initially purchased for/ what the design is worth. This includes designs you trade for, purchase, or receive from a contest (WTA or DTA). The exception to this rule are designs received for free or through a raffle. These designs can ONLY be gifted for free unless you obtain additional artwork, then you may resell or trade for whatever. 

-I do not mind if you hoard my designs. This, however, only applies to designs that are OTAs or BTAs. You may not mass-claim free designs by me.

-You are allowed to slightly alter my designs. Changing a color, adjusting a pattern, adding accessories, etc. are all perfectly fine, however if you completely redesign a character to the point it is unrecognizable I would prefer to not be listed as the designer.

-Regarding credit. I do not need to be credited whenever the design is used, however please do not credit someone other than me for the original design. When crediting me offsite when using a character reference/crediting the original designer (such as on Artfight), please link credit back here to my toyhouse account! (If I happen to have an account on whatever site you're using, however, you may credit my account there instead, but if you are unsure my toyhouse account works!)

-Blacklist information. My blacklist is available here *Note: no one is on it at the moment so I am not linking anything yet, this is just for future reference*. Please do NOT sell/trade my designs to anyone on that list, I do not want them owning my designs.

-Ownership terms. By owning my design, you have full ownership of the character. I will not revoke ownership, and you are free to use the design in whatever way you'd wish. 

-Selling information. I completely reserve the right to refuse a trade or sale to anyone for any reason. I also reserve the right to blacklist/block for whatever reason.
