Yosef (ヨーサフ Yōsefu) is an Ishvalan refugee living in Aerugo. Through political chaos, he meets Aerugo's princess, Elena Fiori, and comes into her confidence. They eventually form a political marriage to empower Yosef to see to his people's needs.

Appearance
Yosef has light brown skin with no notable birthmarks. He has black hair which he usually wears TBA. His TBA eyes are red in color, and TBA. He has TBA eyebrows, a TBA face, and a TBA nose. Yosef is of average height and has an athletic rectangular body shape.
Yosef usually wears loose, flowly clothes, such as tunics over wide-leg pants. He has an Ishvallan-patterned scarf which he always wears as a belt and sash. His typical shoes are strapped sandals.

Personality
Yosef is an enthusiastic person, and as such he can seem hot-headed. He sometimes get caught between an ideal and its executable viability, but he has a good instinct for where to be flexible and where to hold fast to his position no matter what.
