Piña is not full of many surprises, but said surprises can knock the breath out of anyone. She certainly packs a punch with her words and actions, catching anyone off guard. She is short and sweet and she knows it, using it to her advantage to earn caps and to trick none the wiser.
She is short and chubby, with a naive sounding voice, which makes her appear vulnerable. She is often found making sales with her water that she claims is fresh and able to quench anyone's thirst the moment their lips meet with the mouth of the bottle. Although short and cute, it's wise to avoid setting her off.

Piña is a deceiving mare, putting up a friendly, cute and naive facade to bring in creatures for caps. Sweet as cotton candy, and soft like a feather, she can be rough as a rock and malicious like a spike. Her facade gets her places, and surely no one would want her to drop it, as they would pay her caps rather than a limb.
Clever
Ms. Colada appears to make practical decisions, prioritizing her own interests and survival. Whether it sacrifices a life or not, she knows well not to bring others before her.
Deceptive
Her facade is built on deceit, making her inherently deceptive in her interactions. Although good for her and what she does, this isn't something to celebrate if you weren't in her shoes.
Ruthless
Karma can't do all of the work. When necessary, she can be as ruthless as a raging bull. For example, she will shoot a raider in the hind legs so they can no longer stand.
Charismatic
Colada can charm and persuade others effectively, making it easy for her to earn caps and manipulate situations to her advantage.
Pragmatic
She appears to make practical decisions, prioritizing her own interests and survival. This can be viewed as selfish, but she has to do what needs to be done to survive.
Self-Reliant
Piña Colada isn't found with a crutch, at least not often. She is strongly independent and will refuse help when she deems it unneeded to her odds.

Miss Colada once lived in a stable in the Povoni Desert, leaving after the heavy, unmovable door creaked open. She wandered across Equestria, and ended up in the Fangholm Region. She ended up becoming a merchant, but not just any merchant… A water merchant! Water is in high demand after all, so why not earn a lot of caps through selling bottles and canteens of water?
She is not what many see her as, which is a kind, vulnerable unicorn that happily sells water whenever she can to earn caps. No, she has come prepared for what she has to bear through..
