CHARACTER TOS:

- Character redesign Permitted as long as they are recognizable to the the original design.

- Resale at an increased price only permitted if new art/media is added to the character.

- Any design obtained through trade can only be sold if new art/media is added to the character.

- My designs must be kept public and/or I must be authorized to see the character profile, this helps me track characters I've designed in order to uphold my general TOS guidelines. (e.g unpermitted increased resale of a design etc.)

- You may not use my designs to promote hate speech and/or discriminatory content. 

- Please do not whitewash my designs as it makes me deeply uncomfortable. Although no action will be taken in reliance to this.

- You may draw/commission NSFW art of my designs as long as you and the specified character are 18+. 

- You are NOT permitted to draw/commission NSFW art of any feral designs I may create.

- You may not edit commissioned artwork UNLESS permitted !

PAYMENT TOS:

- Payments through PayPal USD and Kofi only

- Max holds 2 weeks (or if given reasonable explanation)

- Holds under $100 require mandatory 50% down payment unless otherwise specified

- If no hold : payment must be made within 24hrs of bid/AB or your bid will be forfeited (this can result in a strike)

- USD bid withdrawals can result in a strike, so only bid if you're confident in paying the amount you say.
