(If a base was used, make sure the owner of the base is alright with these things)
You can regift, trade, or sell without extra art(Though it is preferred you add art, even if it if free to characters you are going to sell. It's not required though.)
Redesigning is okay(Even if you redesign them to the point where they are no longer recognizable)
Whatever you do, DON'T DELETE THEM!! (Unless you ask me first)
Also if you private them, tell me or make it so I can see them.
