DESIGN T.O.S. 

by receiving a design from me, you agree to these terms

• do not resell an adopt or custom for more than its worth, unless art is added on to it. if you didn't BUY the design off of me or someone else, and received through trade or art payment, then the base value is $0, or the amount of art you made to receive the character
• you may edit my art, but not drastically [pattern/palette changes are ok] but you are more than welcome to redraw the design if you want to make changes!
• when redrawing the design, you may make ANY changes you wish!! (palette/pattern/species/etc.) i greatly encourage creative freedom!!
• you may use my designs for commercial use, but let me know! i'd like to see :]
• you must always credit me for the original design, whether you're reposting or redesigning the character
• added art [commissions, adding trades is up to you] is the only thing that can increase the base value of a design
• YOU CANNOT REMOVE MY DESIGNS OFF OF TOYHOUSE. if you do so without my permission, you will be blacklisted. i prefer to keep all my designs in one place, so i can make sure they aren't getting sold off to shady people elsewhere
