Looks: Underneath is a very slender body with their arms exactly like their legs. Their cat-like head has a large hole in the middle that anything can go through. They would prefer if you didn’t stick your arm through though. The hole somewhat scrunches when they talk.

Their pocho is a teal with orange triangular detailing at the bottom and top edges.

Personality/Backstory:

Neon has always been traveling the desert. They don’t remember anything other than their travels throughout. Sometimes they’ll meet other creatures, some hostile, some peaceful. Hostile creatures are delt with. The peaceful ones usually end up as travel buddies for awhile. Telling stories to pass time, whether they be from experience or just folktales. The peaceful travelers part ways with Neon, apparently knowing where they are going. 

Neon doesn’t know where they are going. The journey so far has been pretty good though.
