Prices

Terms of Service

General

1. Humans and humanoid characters only— this includes but is not limited to humans, kemonomimi, & anthro/furry. Please ask for clarification if necessary.
2. I will draw real people, original characters, and fanart.
3. Slight gore is allowed— I’m probably only able to draw some blood and injury at most, but ask for clarification if necessary.
4. I do not accept AI images as references, and will decline your commission inquiry if any AI is involved at all.
5. I have the right to refuse doing a commission for any reason.

Payments

1. Payment must be made in full before I start working.
2. I currently accept payment through Paypal, Venmo, and Cashapp.
3. Payment through Paypal must be done through invoice.

Revisions

1. You will first receive a sketch WIP of your commission where you can ask for any edits or adjustments. The final draft with lines and color will be sent after, and you can ask for other slight adjustments before the commission is completed. I will not do further revisions after the commission is complete.
2. If I send you a sketch WIP and I receive no response after 1 week, I will automatically start lining and coloring.

Use

1. All commissioned pieces are for personal use only. Commercial use of my artwork is prohibited.
2. For custom adopts, you are allowed to trade it, gift it, or resell it. If you resell the custom adopt on its own, it must be for less than or equal to the original price.
3. Using any commissioned pieces or any of my artwork for any NFT/cryptocurrency purposes or in any AI/ML model training is strictly prohibited.

Refunds

1. I will only issue a refund in the event that I am unable to finish your commission.

Communication

1. I will not negotiate prices.
2. I have the right to post WIPs and finished commissions to my various social media sites. If you would like me to keep a commission private for any reason, then let me know through the form or DMs and I will not post WIPs or the final commission publicly.
