Vale Aori

A somewhat stoic-looking fellow, Vale tends to be a fellow of few words, working as a bouncer at a nearby bar and covering his face and head while out and about. Despite appearances, he often has trouble expressing things in words, as you might get a jumble of them if you start him on a topic he can be passionate about, though his voice pitch still doesn't change too drastically. While working as a bouncer, his keen senses let him pick up on things before they become a problem, like hearing a conversation going too far or someone underage trying to get in. On top of his boss joking about how he can "smell young blood," he's also occasionally pitted against people for the night's "wager jar" if they think they can beat him in a fight, with many who are augmented trying only to find that he makes up for his lack of augmentation with his draconic agility and strength, combat expertise, and, should things get dicey, use of magic to amplify himself or block/counter blades and projectiles being whipped out of augs. In addition to this, he also works some jobs as a mercenary in the city when not working at the bar to help make ends neat. Their sword combines old and new tech to form a functioning mana blade as well.
