DESIGN TOS (Terms of Service)

If I find that you are not following these rules, I will do what I feel is fitting, depending on the severity. Such as:

• A ban from purchasing from me until the issue is fixed 
• A longer term purchasing ban (could be a month, could be multiple months) 
• Permanent Ban/DNI 

 RULES

• Always credit me for my designs. If you bought from a platform such as Instagram or Deviantart, credit taffypatch on Toyhouse. 
• I want to always be able to see my designs on toyhouse, do not hide them from me. Authorize me if you need to. 
• All my designs should have text in a corner that says "created by taffypatch on toyhouse". DO NOT REMOVE IT. While I prefer all my designs to be sold within toyhouse, if they are sold to someone who doesn't have one, that text can help them trace the credit back to me. If a design you have doesn't have the text, please contact me so I can add it :]
• Unless selling to someone off of toyhouse, do not delete my designs without contacting me first. I may want to buy them back. 
• You are welcome to change and redesign how you like, as long as you credit me for the original design/concept. DO NOT edit my artwork, if its a minor change, feel free to ask me to make an edit for you. 
• Do not sell a design for more than you bought it for unless you've commissioned/made more art for them.
• Do not sell to anyone who has a temporary buying ban or is on my blacklist (listed below)
• DO NOT use my designs for: homophobia, transphobia, racism, abelism, pedophilia, incest, zoophilia/feral, pro-life/anti-choice, NFTs, AI, things along those lines. 

Temporary Ban: (This is not a DNI or blacklist, these are just people who I feel need to learn a lesson for breaking a rule)
