$10's Ownership

This TOS was issued as of September 27th, 2023. This applies to ALL of my designs, including adoptables, customs, and trades. You may use the character for noncommercial use only. Characters may be used in personal projects, stories, comics, roleplays, etc. Characters may be used commercially UNDER THE CONDITION I am always credited as the original designer when inquired. Once the character is yours, it is YOURS. You are free to edit the design as you please. However, please do not take credit for the original design/idea. My designs may always be co-owned with someone else. You may resell, regift, or retrade my designs, however they may not be resold for more than what you paid for (unless more art/writing is provided). My designs are not to be used in NFTs. You are free to colorpick and take inspiration from my designs.
