A twitchy, jumpy phuzo who has been working in Praque's underbelly for ages. It's been so long, most people don't remember when she got there -- or what made her so wild-eyed and strange -- but she has become a fixture of the area. She scrapes by, usually by doing jobs where she gets hired to rough someone up for one gang or another, and otherwise she stays out of peoples' way. It's safer that way: just quiet and crazy enough to never be seen as a threat.
