Bio: A very logical thinker though he can be scatterbrained at times due to his condition. He escaped from a lab that made him the way he is today. The wires in his brain and spinal cord allow him to use electrokinesis (His tail sparks and frizzes up when he uses it). He often relays information to Wysteria if he thinks it might affect her in some way (whether it's useful or just as a warning)
