Bon is a unique person who is kind to everyone he meets. He is also very shy, and would prefer not to talk to people if he doesn't have to. However, around people he knows, he is very talkative and energetic (until his social battery runs out, then he becomes non verbal).
((!!TW!! Self Harm, Suicide, Abuse, Alcoholism!!)) Bon grew up in California with his mom, dad, and older brother (Zack). However when he was 8 years old, Zack died. This was a huge turning point in his life. He became severely depressed. Bon's mother never liked him. She always wished Bon was a girl, and she only pretended to love him while Zack was alive. After he died, she started treating Bon horribly. She would beat him, take away all of his toys, starve him, lock him in the basement with the lights off (Bon is absolutely terrified of the dark), and much more. This did not stop until the day he moved out. Life at school wasn't any better. He was always the "weird kid" no one wanted to be around. He was poor, so he didn't have the newest clothes or toys. He wasn't interested in the same things as other kids, which made him an easy target to pick on. All throughout school, he was severely bullied. They would make fun of him and beat him up. Everything Bon did, they made fun of him for. The only place he was able to catch a break was at his grandparents house or at a friends house. All of this lead to him starting to cut his arms and thighs, and even caused him to attempt to take his own life by overdosing on medication. During his time in school, he met a guy named Devon. They eventually got together (Bon was 15), and lasted up until Bon was 21 (they split because while Bon was gone at training, Devon had cheated on him with two women). However, when Bon was 19, he met Ajax in an incident that caused him to lose his right arm. Ajax would visit him in the hospital, and they quickly became close friends. After Devon and Bon broke up, Ajax offered to let him move into his apartment with him (Bon did not have enough money to support himself). Two years after Bon broke up with Devon, Ajax "asked him out" (impulsively kissed Bon without fully realizing). They started dating, and ended up getting married two years later. They bought a farm and adopted two cats and three dogs. They also eventually adopted two daughters (Vivian and Ellie). Life was much better for Bon until he was 38. He was sent on a mission with several other people. However, he went MIA for 5 months. When he was found and brought back, he was quite different. He wasn't happy and bubbly anymore, and was always quiet and looked like he was off in another world. It took a very long time for him to become even somewhat like how he was before.

"Ivan is nice to me! Though sometimes he says mean things as a joke and I think he's being serious which makes me sad. That is until he or someone else clarifies that he's joking. But other than that he's super cool! He always makes sure people don't pick on me, and he lets me talk to him about my favorite things! We even both love sharks!"
