Vesper is a protogen with a frog themed design, and tadpole tail! They have an interest for marine biology, and often you will find Vesper in the library uploading new information about sea creatures. Vesper also is a fan of Hatsune Miku, and other Vocaloid members! It makes them feel included due to the voices being made from software, like theirs.
