Mętny Oczy (cloudy eyes)

Weird little freak that somehow got involved in the underground/black market surgery trade. 

Her special talent is wycinanki (polish paper cutting) which is depicted in her cutie mark as a pair of scissors cutting a floral design. She is also wonderful with embroidery and fabric crafts. 

Mętny is an adjective that can also mean hazy, obscure, dull, or vague !
