you decide the colors with hex values what type of jewelry/clothing or inspiration. The type of fish/ bird and other details as well. I can also make a reference sheet for an already made character but it would be in my style.
On customs for twili, I have a pre made base for females and males (body can be changed) as well as a backround. Backround and color example for the first link and the pose for the second. Male base is the 3rd link.
