Decimus

A synthetic creature whose doing his best to deal with the hand he's been dealt. He's been shelved for too long, before finally being given two new shells to exist in. An IPC and Nik0 shell, all for him. He's customized the both of them to as much as he wants, and adds new details whenever he feels like it. He's an exteremly nervous individual, practically on the urge of a panic attack everyday. Apparently this is due to a 'loading-bearing personality matrix' that was crank up to over two-hundred percent. The only way to stop this personality matrix from having control, stopping his nervousness and stuttering, is for another emotional to pass the two-hundred percent threshold.
