James loves to spook others, and will go out of his way to mess with "magic" and "cursed objects" just for a laugh and a scare. He doesn't believe in any of it. It's just a bunch of hocus pocus to him!

James has a collection of monster movies and various "cursed" items he picked up from antique stores. He assumes if any of that was real, he would be haunted or cursed by now.

He did recently find this really cool candle, that glows in strange lights. Unknown to him, the light and smoke from this candle can reveal things beyond the veil...
Meaning James can see creatures of the night, and they can easily see him now as well.
