She/Her, Co-Founder of Chameleon High (Eon's School)
Intelligent, witty, but incredibly blunt, Louise Fowler was the co-founder of Chameleon High (alongside Renato). She prides herself on her knowledge, and is incredibly introverted. Though she doesn't mean to be, she is also a bit hypercritical. She doesn't mean it to be rude, however, she just tends to point out what she observes, including the unsavory bits of things.
Despite being a human descendant of rifters from France, she never knew much about the human species before she met Renato. When he came to what would later become Cambiarsi City, Louise actually wasn't fond of him at all. In fact, she found his curious attitude about her and her lifestyle incredibly annoying. As time went on though, she became fond of him. She learnt about earth life through him, and Renato learnt about life...well...everywhere else with her. They also bonded over their shared familiars (Vito and Albert). After co-founding Chameleon High with Renato, the two fell in love and got married.
Funnily enough, like how Cambiarsi City was named after Renato, Fowler Heights (the place Masky and Bea originally lived, and the place Kana, Honey, and Razz reside) was named after Louise. They twin! No way...
