Santiago is programmed to be just a fun loving shark. As he is waterproof, he is able to swim around his waterpark and play with kids. He loves to play in big groups and is programmed to have many different games he can play with them. He ensures every kid is safe when they're swimming (or at least tries to).
Santi's Splash Zone also includes an aquarium and a gift shop that sells all sorts of water themed merchandise
When Gregory is in the Pizzaplex, he steals Santi's leg fins to upgrade Freddy by sending him crashing down a slide. The upgrade allows Freddy to run faster.
