My freak bastardization of Flowey which very soonafter became his own unique thing that people can't seem to get enough of... IT'S ...Petaly.

Petaly is a fan-made secret boss for my take on DELTARUNE Chapter 3's TV dark world set in the Dreemurr household before its release. He plays on concepts introduced by Flowey and his southern tendencies as a representation of Asgore's discarded flowers that Toriel throws in the kitchen's garbage can, using theories such as the Cowboy Show cancellation to expand on that. This, by extension, also draws aspects from the IMAGE_FRIEND/Woody theory as well - but they are not the primary focus. The goal was to try mix together various theories into one Cowthing while keeping it cohesive, for fun!

Petaly was a child actor on the Floranch Ringaround, a so-so show made by the LIGHTS/CAMERA FACTION under the Flower Division, Tenna's (now de-funct, de-funded, de-everything'd) set of studios that focused on the development of young, budding actors with ever-growing potential. But like anyone, Petaly grew up over time, unfortunately for him, as his lost youth was damaging to his career and eventually, his own sense of self. He was shunned by the industry and blacklisted by Tenna due to a "loss of marketability" he couldn't control, and his ability to hold a character in his later years, let alone himself, was dwindling. Despite all this, he had a hard time letting go of his past "success".

Eventually, he disappeared. Some hadn't seen him in years, most couldn't even remember him. The Flower Divison was repurposed into a backlot for storage, and frankly, a means to get things that weren't important anymore out of sight. You'd think his prolonged absence would have been a cause for concern - at the very least something paparazzi could look into for an exploitative headline.

But nobody cared.
