Leader of the "Underground Peddler" syndicate, Rina is a demonic alien from a faraway planet who makes her business in the black market through trade of rare artifacts, whether an item, weapon, or even a living creature. She subversively runs several cities from her under-the-table dwellings, and is a ruthless woman who cares not for many except for money or power.
Rina has metamorphic powers, while shape-shifting and powerful to a degree, are wholly uncontrollable at most times and grave to her health because the ability has never truly been her own in the first place. However, her slow regeneration makes up for this.
Due to previous physical trauma from the one who led her into the darker acts of business, she does not allow many to physically touch her, regardless of who they may be.
