Admittedly, Noe hasn’t chosen a very good place to hide from his problems. With intense aquaphobia, he has to be consoled very, very often. Even the slightest rain is enough to send him into a panic. He doesn’t have a criminal history, rather he ran away from his family at a young age. A lot of his life has been spent wandering around, seeking shelter, shaping him into a very panicky individual. He reacts poorly to anyone outside of the village and often clings to those he knows well.
