Rain-Sand Hybrid Adopt

They're a semi OTA (must offer at least 100 points) but I'm chasing some art of my characters, so I'll take interest in art too.

- Tag me at least once when you're using them, I'd love to see what you do with them, but always give me credit for the design.

- You can change the design a bit, but don't make them unrecognisable.
