GENERAL T.O.S  and  Blacklist

ABOUT ADOPTS/CUSTOMS:

- Payment via paypal. If it says on the adopt description that I accept trades, it could be for other characters or art.

- Auction (if have one) ends 24h after the LAST BID.

- Don't remove my signature, please credit me when you use them and, of course, don't use it on AI stuff.

- Don't delete the character profile.

- Don't resell for higher price if you don't have extra art. If you received the adopt for free, just gift other people. DON'T RESELL.

- I don't care what you do with the adopt you bought/won/traded, it's yours. I just don't want you to make hate speech (and everything that goes with it), please, common sense.

- Don't trace or steal.

- You are allowed to change parts of the design, but don't do it in my art.

- English is not my first language, so i’m sorry if i make any misspelling during our conversation.

BLACKLIST. 

Users on the blacklist are strictly prohibited from owning any of my designs. They are not permitted to participate in adoptables or commission me. Requests for discussion or removal from the blacklist will not be entertained. Engaging in trading, selling, or gifting a design to a blacklisted user will result in your own blacklisting. I'm an extremely calm person, I prefer to resolve everything by talking and resolving things like a good adult. If someone is here, it's because they weren't sincere and didn't want to solve the problem.

UselessArtist69 (TH) / Desmond Edmond (facebook): Selling my character/design donation for an exorbitant amount of money and lying about it to the user below (_Hiro) to lie about the story. Other artists also complain about what happened. Complicated person. I don't want any design of mine in his hands.
