By owning one of my designs you are automatically agreeing to my terms of service.

- When owning one of my designs you may change it however you'd like as long as it’s still recognizable! HOWEVER; you may not edit the original artwork of the design unless the changes are small, just be sure to add that you made edits in the character‘s description and credit everything properly. to clarify, PLEASE never entirely trace over my art when making edits 

- Do not sell my designs for more than what you got them for unless art/general worth has been added. freebie/raffle characters have no value until proper worth has been added

- My designs must always stay on toyhouse. Do not delete their profiles. If you make them hidden please tell me beforehand (due to confusion)

- Please don’t draw anything nasty with my designs, like feral NSFW for example. normal NSFW is fine IF you are 18+ — do not trade a design with NSFW to minors unless the art can be removed. also don’t use my designs for hate speech

note that I hate drama and public blacklists make me super anxious, but I feel like this was a must unfortunately
