This is a WIP while I make a more formal tos, but you must follow these rules!!!

Adopts:

You may regift, resell, or retrade any of my designs for NO MORE than what you payed for it, unless value has been added to it, personal art included. (Only if it’s a fully colored piece that didn’t take 15 minutes to make.) This applies to currency only.

Don’t regift, resell, or retrade a design less than two weeks after it’s been received.

Notify me prior to any transfers.

Please avoid co-owning characters.

NEVER use my designs in NSFW art please.

Please don’t private my designs! Please authorize me or give me a auth key if you do, I like to see what’s happening with them.

Freebies:

Don’t retrade or resell unless value has been added to a freebie. You may retrade if it has obtained at least one fully colored art piece. You may gift away freebies, however.

Don’t ask for any freebies if you have no intention of ever using the character. Don’t hoard them.

The same rules above apply to freebies.

Art:

Don’t use my art in a hateful or discriminatory way.

Please don’t edit my art, feel free to ask for edits and I’ll do it myself if possible!

Always give credit to my art.

General:

Don’t give my designs to users on my blacklist.
