⤑ these are my terms of service:

⤑ by possessing any design or any art made by me (Bee), you are agreeing to my terms of service (because you should have read all of this)

⤑ however, basic things such as theft applies to everyone (because that’s common sense)

regarding my art:

⤑ please give proper credit (@lavenderbee- on scratch, laventeabee on dA, lavenderbee on th)

⤑ please do not steal, trace, or heavily reference my art

⤑ please do not use my art without my permission or for any commercial purposes

⤑ do not remove/move my watermark/signature under any circumstances

regarding my designs:

⤑ please give proper credit (lavenderbee- on scratch & af, laventeabee on dA, lavenderbee on th)

⤑ please do not upload my designs on sites other than scratch, dA, th, and af

⤑ do not under any circumstances delete my designs. if you want to keep a design of mine private, please authorize me.

⤑ if you are on my BLACKLIST you are not allowed to obtain or be in possession of any of my designs (unless i state otherwise)

⤑ if you are my GRAYLIST you are allowed to obtain my designs DIRECTLY from ME (graylisted people are not allowed to obtain via resales, trades, or gifts unless it’s coming straight from me)

⤑ i do not allow co-owns on my designs (makes ownership complicated and i’m not dealing with that)

⤑ please do not obtain if you aren't going to use them- i’m not looking at being capitalistic nor do i want my designs to be a trophy with my name slapped on it. i can’t stop you, but i’d appreciate it if my designs actually went to people who would cherish and use them

⤑ please do not abuse the design or use the design in an inappropriate manner. i do not allow using my designs for promoting hate speech, discrimination, etc.

⤑ please do not steal, copy, heavily reference, trace, or color pick my designs

⤑ please do not “majorly” redesign my designs. this means that the original and the redesigned version must be clearly similar. do not delete the original design file under any circumstances. (however, you can add/exclude as many accessories as you want)

⤑ please do not use my designs for any commercial purposes. if you’re just making stickers and other things for personal use, that is okay. if you wish to use my designs for monetary reasons, that is not permitted

⤑ if you break any of the above, i have the right to take the design and any other designs of mine from you with no compensation

subsection: selling/trading/gifting rules-

⤑ do not resell/trade/gift my designs without permission. if you want to sell/trade/give any of my designs that you own, please inform me as i would like to keep track of my designs. i may or may not ask you to return the design to me (i likely won’t take the design back, but if i do, i’ll compensate) instead of allowing you to sell/trade/give it. i have the right to not allow you to sell/trade/gift it to someone

⤑ you will be added to my graylist if you give/trade/sell my designs to someone on my blacklist/graylist

⤑ if you trade/sell/give one of my designs (with permission from me), please inform the recipient of the design about my terms of service

⤑ when reselling, please do not resell for more value than you bought it for unless they have commissioned art or personal art. payment and gift art does not add to the design’s value.

⤑ designs from my design trades and any designs you received for free have a base value of 0. if you want to trade/sell them, please do so only after they have at least one piece of commissioned or personal art (added worth is then equal to price of the art piece, do not inflate prices to increase worth.)

⤑ when you receive a design of mines, you have a 2 week cooldown, meaning that you are not allowed to gift/trade/sell that design until after a week from receiving the design has passed

⤑ if you break any of the above, i have the right to take the design and any other designs of mine from you with no compensation
