An upbeat, somewhat airheaded Demon. works at a dead-end job, transferring calls from cultists to other demons so deals can be made, he's much more disinterested while on duty, of course.

 In free time, hangs out with Anonyfish, they met when Anony somehow caused an accidental ritual and Phil burst a hole in Anony's roof, after helping to cover up the damages, they kept in touch and became best friends!

The eyes in his mouth do seem sentient, but Phil has had them since he came into being, and removing them is out of the question, besides, it's probably not that important...
