Levine is a young student of the Hexside School of Magic and Demonics, on the Beast track. He was born on the coastal area of the Boiling Isle.

He's a bit of a deliquent, and may come out as a bully at times, trying to keep an image of tough guy. He has a handful of followers around the school, but would rather do his own stuff alone.

His goal, as a Beast track student, is to be able to fully shift into a dragon. For now he can only partially shift some parts of his body, especially limbs, as well as summon aquatic creatures, such as fish-like and salamander-like animals.

Levine's palisman, as well as his dragon form, are based off flying fishes. The basic magic he knows are water control and, of course, light.
