Nellie Riet

An "experimental surgeon" and organ harvester by trade, as well as an interrogator, Nellie Riet is a being who simply enjoys knowing and learning. As well as inflicting physical pain on others, but that's just an  addition to her witty personality. She works under her wife in their illegal syndicate "Underground Peddler", which gives Nellie free reign to do whatever she'd like with whomever she prefers, really. Despite having no magical abilities of her own and in fact faced with allergies against it, Nellie is somewhat versed in the subject of magic as she is  any other topic she'd find herself drawn to.

Her arms are naturally coiled up, and she is able to stretch and use them.
