Seething Triumphantly (ST) - they/it

Their citizens were waging war with the citizens of ARSON during their peak populations. They were built with a chamber that had a single entrance connection to a secret rarefraction cell. The claw on their puppet is to aid them in defending it in the event of an emergency. Their most important neurons are kept in the secret chamber as another precaution.

ST does not really like ARSON but their communications are no longer blocked possibly due to loneliness. They mostly talk to the other locals when they are bored and/or when they want to bully someone.
