• In the case of collaboration designs, my TOS does NOT apply. You must contact/look for the collaborator's TOS rather than mine. My TOS does NOT override my collaborator's.

- Design edits to any degree are fine. I don't care. Completely overhaul the design, change colors, gender, chop off their head. I literally don't care. HOWEVER, please get permission before converting a design into a closed species, as species' TOS sometimes conflict with my own.

- Do not inflate worth to resell character. You may resell for what you paid or lower. Gifting or trading is always allowed.

- If gifted or traded, character design worth resets to $0 and may not be resold until commission work is PURCHASED for the character. Please do not use your own art, traded art, or gift art to inflate monetary worth.

- In emergencies, I may allow a design to be upsold, so long as you ask permission first.

- Designs are personal use only. Please ask for permission before using a design commercially; there's a good chance I will say yes.

- Vouchers are allowed but may only cover what you paid for the character or lower. Traded designs can not be vouchered.

- I do not allow my work to put into, used for, or associated with any sort of AI, blockchain, crypto, or NFT related schemes or programs.

- Designs may not be used to make inflammatory/hateful statements. Please do not use my art or designs to promote things like racism, transphobia, zoophilia, or pedophilia.

- You are welcome to delete your design's toyhouse upload, private them, etc. I don't care.
