Because Jaxx's Bio was so ridiculously long and I doubt anyone wants to read a fucking novel, I decided I would try something more simple here. Maybe in the future I'll want to make it more detailed, but for now, I just want to give a rough idea on who he is.
A FEW THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE READING THIS BIO: You’re probably going to get confused when I mention KAOS. What is it?
• KAOS - If you ever see it in all capital lettering, it’s referring to the event. KAOS was a divine punishment sent out to judge the people of the world. The sky exploded into a sea of black and from it spouts several billion orb-like winged things. These things would find a person and attach themselves to their host. Once the host got this parasite, the hosts body would absorb it and start the horrific process of mutating the entirety of their person. The mutation had a 50% chance of failing or succeeding. Those who failed died a very slow, very painful death as their body slowly melted away. Their skin turned into this black, viscous substance, not unlike liquid tar, and slowly sloughed off. After the skin came off, the muscles melted away; after the muscles, the bones. It took several agonizing minutes for their molecular structure to break down far enough for them to finally die.
Those who survived turned into Kaos, a design that varies from person to person. Depending on the things a person desired, hated or loved, the resulting Kaos will be a combination of those things. The divine punishment was a judgment, and it writ each person’s heart and soul upon their skin—if you know what to look for. (I’m more than happy to explain this in detail if anyone else ever wanted to know how the process works or wanted to make a Kaos too.)
• Kaos - is referring to those infected by the event—the people, essentially. They do not have any standard baseline for their appearance; a Kaos can look like virtually anything.

* (Okay, so KAOS is weird. Most people actually don’t have last names, but they will earn titles through different feats and acts that in turn act like a last name. For example, Bel earned the title of “Heartbreaker” because it’s normally a cupid’s job to forge connections, but he rebelled and instead kept breaking them. He broke so many in fact that the number was just too much to ignore, thus he set a standard by holding the record high and earned the title “Heartbreaker.”)

Occupation: Connections Monitor; Responsible for keeping relationships healthy. If a string to someone else is looking bad, only then should he cut it. If a string looks ready to be tied to another string that looks ready, he must connect them. *(This keeps chaos to a minimum.)* Aside from Cupid work, which he’s liable to slack on, he does a lot of under the table work and odd jobs. Doesn't seem to stick to just one thing.
Religious Stand Point: Agnostic
Sexuality: Omnisexual (which equates to pansexuality, I just use "omni" because I get dangerously close to punching the fuck out of people when they say stupid shit like, "Hurrdurr, lol! He fuck's pans?" It's not funny. It's literally the most retarded joke ever.)

• Na Na Na - (My Chemical Romance) His overall mentality/attitude with life in general. Very carefree and rebellious. He is 100% disillusioned with “the establishment.”
• Whatever It Takes - (Imagine Dragons) This song is the embodiment of his yolo outlook on life. The belief that doing anything regardless of danger is the only way to live and be able to look back without regretting a thing.
• Luv Addict - (Family Force 5) As stated in this bio, Belvoir’s only food source is the emotions tied to love, and this song is an excellent explanation of the high he feels when he feeds.

(*) There are different strengths of KAOS. Ranked by strength, lowest to highest, it’s: Pedestrian, Median, Elite, Lord and Overlord. Lords are rare; Overlords are virtually 1 in a million. Suits, however, are very different. Suits aren’t counted in the ranking system because they’re unique by their own standards and their strength varies depending on what kind of card they represent; The Aces, for instance, are the strongest among the Suits. They’re the ones meant to pair up with a Lord of a Category and help bring stability back to the world. Queens and Kings are often compared to the strength of Lords whereas the Jack is compared to an Elite thats borderline Lord, but this comparison is an unofficial fact.
Diet: Love. He feeds off of emotions such as adoration.
Hobbies: While Belvoir is a jack-of-all-trades kind of guy and knows various things ranging from playing instruments to building/crafting items to survival know-how and life hacks; there are so many hobbies he’s taken up, it’s hard to leave them all out, so here are some of his favourites: Tinkering in general. He likes collecting cool shit from stores that have gone out of business via Craigslist or something. He's very skilled with bartending and enjoys making cool and snazzy drinks for others. Throwing wicked parties or going to them are another one of his pastimes. He also loves doing really crazy shit just to get an adrenaline high. (Example; Sky diving, bungie jumping, paragliding, mountain biking (ughn, his poor balls), parkour, drag racing, etc...)
Likes:
Adrenaline based activities/sports, being everyone's friend, being on the go, hands-on activities, tinkering/repairing things, children, helping others and being praised for it, playful people, motorcycles, inclusiveness, pulling pranks, telling jokes, makin' love and being a rebel.
Dislikes:
Overly stoic/bland personalities, irrational outbursts directed at him, dishonesty, being used, people avoiding friendship in fear of falling for him because he's a Cupid and naturally very charming, bigoted individuals, closed mindedness, stupidly traditional people.
Strengths:
Jack of all trades, compassionate, reliable, unorthodox nature makes him think outside the box and find very interesting/useful solutions, great marksmanship, good with melee and range (versatile), works well solo and with others, strong sense of justice, speaks for those that can't, voice of reason, will cover someone's ass, incredibly accepting in manners of sexualities; genders; beliefs (so long as they aren't hurting others) and races, strong determinations, knows when a cause is lost and prioritizes falling back; regrouping and strategizing new plans.
Weaknesses:
Rebellious (I don't see it as a weakness though, but some would) Explosive temper, stubbornness, reckless/adrenaline junkie, people pleaser, easily hurt, secretive, slightly manipulative (*see problems), sometimes can't tell when he's taken a joke too far, physically ruthless and brutal when provoked, when ties are cut it's usually permanent.
Goals:
Wants to be a father someday and also help others reach their goals but otherwise seems content where he is in life.
Problems: He loves being close to people and having relationships of all kinds, but this is can often be problematic due to his charming nature. Sometimes he impulsively flirts and will be very sweet on those who have a crush on him despite knowing full well that he can't return the feelings (this is how he's slightly manipulative, though he is not intentionally appearing to hurt anyone for his own personal gain). In truth, (though he won't admit it) and a part of me wants to say it might even be because he doesn't notice it himself but he is a hopeless romantic and can't help that he gets feelings for certain people rather quickly.
Powers/Abilities:
• Charm
Can use influential charm spells to gain the trust of those susceptible to it. He can break, attach or connect heartstrings from one person to another be it strings of love, hate, jealousy, friendship, anger, sadness and so on. He can also forge gold connections which links you to your soul mate and is impossible for another cupid to break. Gold strings are a limited supply. When a cupid plucks their tail, it will straighten out into an arrow and can be fired into someone else creating a gold connection, however, tail recovery takes a whole month, so they cannot fire again until it has fully grown back.
• Quick Recovery
His body can heal much quicker than any other category from his world. Damage to his carbon can take longer to heal, but it's still much faster than if anyone else were to break a bone.
• Exceptional Sight
His cybernetic qualities heighten his sight exponentially. His eyes have the ability to scan his surroundings and sense motion, let alone the fact that he can already use string vision and can follow strings to locate an individual. He can zoom in and zoom out of his surroundings with ease as his vision works very much like a high tech camera lens. This happens very quick and naturally, there is no lag in his zooming abilities.
• Dead accuracy
As with most cupids, it's of no surprise excellent aim would be a trait in any of their kind. While that may be true, outside of a cupid's self imprinted bow and arrow, any sort of arms weapon would not come so naturally as it is a foreign extension that does not carry their soul and Kaos signature. Speaking of bows and arrows, unlike most cupids who uphold that tradition, Belvoir generally does his cupid work with a twin pair of sick revolvers. In the case of swapping out his imprinted weapons for something else, say semi automatics, pistols, machine guns, even fucking bazookas, his aim is just as accurate as his imprints. He's been naturally gifted with steady hands and his aim for his mark doesn't usually disappoint.
There may be other abilities I'm missing, but I think this is it for now. Keep an eye out for updates in the future I suppose!
