Zayen

[Zayen is pronounced like sayin but with a Z]

A shady feline skilled with illusion magic, used to use it for more malicious means but now he just occasionally engages in a little petty theft. I mean what's the problem with just taking a little memento? 

Zayen doesn't really talk much about his youth nor does he want to, It's really so boring and uninteresting so why don't we talk about what's happening now? He's a monster cat living with a witch named Mitzi, he very much sees the humor in that and will joke that it's like he's Mitzi's familiar. I mean he's always getting things for her, a title would be nice. At the moment he has no stable job and just takes on sporadic errands for cash, what kind of errands? That's not really information that matters, nobody died so who cares. He's a really sarcastic fella, don't expect to have any meaningful conversations from him most of the time. If something makes you angry well he's the type to use that to his advantage so it's not a surprise he's made himself a few enemies. 

Meeting Mitzi was no chance meeting, they happened to share a love of magic and eventually Mitzi would offer to house him just as long as he stays out of too much trouble. He declined the first few times but decided it would be stupid of him to not take advantage of such an opportunity. While Mitzi specializes in elemental magic, Zayen took a preference toward illusion magic. Admittedly at first he wasn't sure if he was capable, monsters aren't really known for their compatibility with magic but he took to it quite well, mostly using it to give himself disguises if it'll better help achieve his goals. This combined with his ease at faking personalities led to him becoming a pretty useful asset to those who needed him but because of his deal with Mitzi and general lack of interest in that line of work, he's taking it easy for now. 

Fun Facts -

- People sometimes mishear his name as Zayn, so much so that he often wonders if he should just change it. 

- Most of his dating experience comes from his attempts at seducing targets which is to say he's never really experienced "mutual love" 

- Lying comes easily to him even to those he loves, if you want the truth out of him sometimes you'll just have to be a little pushy. 

- Likes to scratch things like lesser cats but due to his monster half his claws are very strong which leads to the destruction of many a furniture. 

- Doesn't consider himself a good person.
