Ebel?

A forgotten experiment of stitching several different kinds of creatures together to see if they would take.After a week of him not waking up, the scientists forgot about him and abandoned the laboratory.

Now he wanders around and accidentally scares people by asking for help [or at least a change of clothes].

Not mean or anything, but he is very quiet and awkward.

Suspiciously tall and looming, with an odd glowing eye. The eye he keeps closed went blind in the experiment so he doesn't bother opening it.

He probably would wear whatever clothes he can get his hands on as long as it isn't too awkward or showy.
