Nobody really knows Javier's backstory. He is said to come from the state of Ridgewood, but it is almost impossible to survive there. Javier has only been apart of one gang called the Saints. The Saints slowly disappeared, but Javier still remains. Marston is Javier's partner. They met while at a bar in the town of Valentine. Javier has an american paint horse named Snow. He also likes to play the guitar. His loadout includes a Navy Revolver, Clack Repeater, Automated shotgun and a hunter's knife.
