Messed up thing, some poor human who clipped through the world and is now stuck living out eternity as a glitchy melting mess. Speaking is hard when you're half melted, so they're usually quiet :(.
Staying near Fuiji for long is certain to give you a lethal dose of radiation and glitchyness. Avoids people and spends most of their time sulking to themselves. Has apparently caught the attention of a certain dragon-god, though.
