jewel is a quiet, respectful mare who owns and operates a spa for the canterlot elite. she isn't the best at making conversation, but somehow.. all of her clients leave feeling a sense of tranquility. it might be something in the air, but she swears that it's her delectable "eucalyptus, aloe vera scrub infused with collagen and flower essence" - god knows what that is.
anyways, she is a respectable mare and gets along decently with those she meets. she never really opens up to others, but jewel's passion is enough to get her into the upper echelons of society.
