Extroverted, perky, and generous, there is no doubt that Tongkai's the life of the party. This people-pleaser has spades of compassion and has devoted his life to others. If you're happy, he's happy. He's also a whore.
Though, it always seems like he has a beaming grin on his face, regardless. He likes to keep things lighthearted, whatever the cost, and isn't afraid to crack jokes even at the worst of times. He also isn't one to hold any grudges. A little drama isn't worth anything more, after all.
When his confidence falters, is when it comes to fields in which he lacks experience. He's self-aware and can be self-critical, and strives to operate by the book and with the approval of his peers. Order and purpose is extremely meaningful to him; he yearns for a place to belong.
Morality-wise, he is fairly sound. The man takes no direct pleasure in inflicting harm, but perhaps some pride depending on the accomplishment.
