After a life-altering encounter with Neist, Devon started a cult, believing that wanderers are the next stage in human evolution, naturally superior. While the cult is quickly growing, it's not a full-time job just yet, so he currently designs websites for a living. In his downtime, he spends a lot of time in online forums, and dabbles in photography.

He comes across as smooth and charismatic. However, behind the privacy of closed doors, he is prone to nervous breakdowns, knowing that what he has started has long since become too big for him to handle on his own. Despite his tenuous control over the cult he started, he considers its members like family.
