Amelia is a composed, gentle lady. When people see her they usually assume she's a shy pushover, and are very surprised when they find out that she's extremely grounded, confident, and secure. Like it's almost jarring seeing someone who walks, talks, and acts like Fluttershy MLP and then finding out she's actually more like Rarity MLP, but that's Amelia! That stronger attitude is what got her a job as a secretary, she's really good with handling people and has way more control over any given situation than anyone assumes.

The brand that she works for sells really modern clothes but Amelia herself actually only gets clothes through thrifting or from more obscure online-brands. She has "work-clothes" from the brand that she wears for in-person events related to her job but outside of that she's rocking that old-school doll-core aesthetic with big chunky shiny shoes and dresses and rose-accessoaries. She isn't like, anti-brand about her job though, which I feel is an important clarification.
