Ketiri

    Born a unique Water Genasi on the coast of Thaarry, Ketiri was primarily raised in the mountains by a group of druids called the Circle of Stars, being found by them at a young age and seemingly abandoned. Setting her apart from others of her species, she has bright pink eyes and dark, tattoo-like markings all along her thighs, torso, arms, and neck. These markings will glow with varying intensity when she uses magic. She doesn’t remember much of her life before joining the Circle, even her birth parents are just a blurry memory. She was trained to harness her elemental magic and be one with nature, eventually becoming a druid herself alongside her new family. The Circle has remained neutral in the wake of Thaarry’s civil war, and initially strived to unite the country once more in a way that will benefit all peoples, though that changed after tragedy struck the group.

    The increasing threat of war brought on by Damance has made some of the members nervous, some even considering breaking neutrality and joining the fight against them. Ketiri, while still holding onto a dwindling hope that the Dragons will end the conflict, not knowing that they were dead, believing that order will come soon. However, when some members of the Circle of Stars, Ketiri amongst them, journeyed out to the eastern border of Thaarry to forage for medicinal plants and herbs, they got attacked by a Damancian patrol, resulting in the deaths of three druids, including Liadi, Ketiri’s closest friend. This loss deeply affected her, fueling a great loathing for the humans of Damance. As the Circle recovered from such a tragic loss, Ketiri gathered many of the remaining members to fight back, setting off to the southern continent, overhearing a rumor about a resistance building there…
