🌈 DESIGN TERMS OF SERVICE 🌈
This TOS applies to all of my designs/artwork - including but not limited to: commissions, adoptables, auctions, and trades. I work on a strike system. If you break my rules 3 times you will be privately blacklisted. Unless it is an extreme offense such as a chargeback, which is an immediate public blacklisting. I take USD payments via Cashapp exclusively.

💿 General Rules 💿
💿 Once full payment is received complete ownership of the design is yours. I retain all rights to my artwork, you may not use my artwork in commercial projects. This includes commercial rights to the design, but I require credit. (This includes selling merch of the design, fursuits of the design, etc. Credit is REQUIRED)
💿 You may alter the design as much as you want. But you may NOT edit my original artwork without my prior approval. I do not do refunds on designs. If you no longer want the design you may resell or trade it.
💿 You may NOT reupload my art without consent or credit. If you wish to do this, please message me first.
💿 You may NOT remove my watermarks or replace it.
💿 You may not sell or trade my designs to people on my blacklist.

💿 Reselling/Retrading 💿
💿 I will not help you settle any ownership dispute, once it has left my hands it is up to you. Traded designs may only be traded, unless additional art is added.
💿 If you receive a design of mine for free, you may not sell or trade the design unless it has extra art. You are however, allowed to regift the design.
